Updated Novel COVID-19 - Terms & Conditions (March 2022):

At Rosman Australia, we have recently updated our COVID-19 policy to reflect the ever-evolving global supply chain environment. The revised amendments are because the ICT industry in Australia is experiencing supply-side constraints originating from vendor/manufacturer production facilities, and is affecting arrival in Australia. The Local ICT sector has identified the following three primary factors which are causing these supply-side constraints:

1. Multiple critical component shortages

2. Reduced airfreight transportation availability

3. A backlog of shipping containers waiting to be processed in Australian ports (recent pay disputes within the stevedoring industry)

Arguably, an additional contributing factor stems from rising tensions within the geopolitical landscape between our nation and a particular source-country of manufacture. We have all observed in the news the restrictions on the buying-side of our resources. Many also argue that the supply-side restrictions of technological products to Australia are a result of geopolitical tensions, neither of which any regular Australian citizen nor Rosman Australia staff has the power to remedy. We sincerely appreciate your patience during the ongoing situation and your understanding that extended delays that are not within Rosman Australia’s control.

  1. Where a product page is displaying "0" or “Call Us” in the "Quantities at Warehouse" table, please allow at least 6 weeks after your Pre-order is placed before dispatching. In some cases, it may take a longer. However, if that is the case, we aim to keep you informed as updates are made available to us.
  1. Please note during the ongoing COVID-19 supply chain disruptions: Major manufacturers (vendors) are now managing all reseller orders on consolidated Pre-order queues, meaning that orders are shipped on a first-in-first-out (FIFO) basis as stock arrives in the country.
  1. We encourage you to place a Pre-order/Back-Order to ensure that stock is allocated to you by going into the vendor managed Pre-order queue. If you do not place a Pre-order, you will be waiting indefinitely for stock to become available.
  1. If an ETA date is displayed in the "Quantities at Warehouse" table, then we ask that you accept this as the best information available to us at the time of your Pre-order. Please note that ETA dates are indicative and may change due to ongoing COVID-19 supply chain disruptions.
  1. If an item is showing available quantities but is not available at a warehouse nearest to your shipping address, please allow an additional 1-5 days for delivery after dispatch. Items will ship from the closest warehouse with stock available, which may be on the other side of the country. Please allow for extra travel time if this is the case.
  2. For Apple Mac Configure To Order (CTO) items, please allow approximately 3 to 6 weeks as a rough guide (dependent on model and spec) for dispatch from the warehouse due to critical component shortages at Apple manufacturing facilities. CTO Apple Mac items cannot be cancelled.
  1. Please note: We cannot ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Points. Please use a physical residential or business address. Otherwise we will need to contact you before the release of any goods, which will only further delay arrival.


Warranty and Returns Policy

We gladly accept returns if you received an incorrect or defective item. Please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you intend to return. We will respond with instructions for how to return a product. Our standard warranty on products is 12 months from date of purchase unless the manufacturer states otherwise. E.g. Some manufacturers provide on-site warranty coverage for premium products.

Please note, we reserve the right to not accept returns for incorrect choices or change of mind. We do not accept returns for custom-build computers, special orders or products that cost more than $999. At management discretion, we may accept returns on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the product, you will need to pay a minimum 15% or $35 cancellation fee, whichever is the higher amount for non-defective purchases, and we will not cover any shipping costs involved in returning non-defective products.

Any products that management have approved for return must be in a resalable retail condition with undamaged and unopened retail packaging. We will reject your return claim if our stated conditions are not met.

Pre-order Policy

If a stock item from your purchase is not available at any of the warehouses, it will be accepted as a Pre-order. We allow Pre-orders to ensure that you receive allocation once stock arrives in the country. Please note that it is difficult at times to estimate exact arrival dates into the country, as manufacturing and shipping delays do occur, and they are out of our control. We will keep you informed of your Pre-order status, and any release date changes if they occur.

If an item that you Pre-ordered has an ETA showing, please understand this is the latest information from the vendors, but please still allow the full 6-week time frame to receive the Pre-Order, as these dates are estimated and do change as a result of global supply chain disruptions.

If the item that you Pre-ordered is a 'Gaming GPU' or 'Gaming Laptop' and has an ETA showing, please understand this is the latest information from the vendors, but please still allow the full 12-week time frame to receive the Pre-Order, as these dates are estimated and do change as a result of global supply chain disruptions.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the current COVID-19 environment, we reserve the right to charge a minimum 15% or $35 cancellation fee, whichever is the higher amount for non-defective purchases, as the process of allocating stock and subsequently cancelling for the customer is considerably more labour intensive than in the pre-COVID-19 environment.

Please note that we DO provide availability on our product web pages, and according to our COVID-19 notice, we ask that if an item is out of stock, you allow 6 weeks for your order to dispatch. If the product was out of stock at the time of order, we are not entitled to give you a refund before the 6 weeks, as this information was clearly provided to you in the "Quantities at Warehouse" table before the Pre-order was placed.*

*If the item that you Pre-ordered is a 'Gaming GPU' or 'Gaming Laptop' we ask that if the item is out of stock, you allow 12 weeks for your order to dispatch. If the product was out of stock at the time of order, we are not entitled to give you a refund before the 12 weeks, as this information was clearly provided to you in the "Quantities at Warehouse" table before the Pre-order was placed.

We reserve the right to cancel any order, and refund in full if for any reason we cannot fulfill your order.

Refund Policy

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of supplying your package to the return shipper. The four-week time period allows for the transit time for us to receive your return product from the shipper (5 to 15 business days). It also allows for the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

For cancellation-related refunds, please allow up to 7 business days for our team to process the refund once there has been a confirmed agreement about the cancellation. Although you may request a cancellation/refund, this time frame does not apply until there has been final confirmation by both the customer and Rosman Australia.

For Pre-orders cancelled within the time frame outlined in the Cancellation Policy, the $35 or 15% fee, whichever is higher, will apply. We are unable to waive this fee as this information was provided to you prior to ordering.


All prices quoted on the website are inclusive of GST. Some products may include shipping within the quoted price.

At times, errors and omissions may occur with pricing, product information, availability, and are not final until they have been confirmed by Rosman staff either by email, phone or in person.

Rosman does not match the pricing of other online competitors, because of market price fluctuations with many variables and factors which need to be taken into consideration. Novel COVID-19 – Extended Shipping Timeframe Allowance:

It will be no surprise that the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has caused supply chain disruptions globally. As such, all couriers within Australia are experiencing a massive increase in parcel shipments. We ask that you please be patient as this ongoing situation can change rapidly, causing extended shipping delays that are not within our control. We are all in this changing world together!

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Once you have placed your order, it will be sent to your nearest capital city warehouse (with stock availability) for picking and shipping dispatch. If the stock is available, shipping occurs within 1-2 business days unless otherwise stated. For example, a custom to order (CTO) Apple Mac dispatches within 15-20 business days.

Heavy and over-sized goods shipping (Servers and UPS etc.)?

For over-sized and heavy items, you may have noticed at cart you could not select your delivery address. This is normal as we need to obtain a quote for delivery. Please call us on 02 9052 4160, and one of our staff will happily assist.

*The above delivery times are estimates provided by our couriers. Actual delivery times may vary, and delays can occur during the peak Christmas Season or as a result of other factors outside of the courier's control.

Note: if your nearest warehouse is out of stock, your goods will need to ship from the next available warehouse. If this occurs, please allow an extra day or 2 in addition to the estimated times in the table above.

Damaged Prior to Delivery, Incorrect, or Missing Items Delivered

If you have received your order and the goods which are received via a 3rd party courier/delivery are damaged during transit you have 7 days after the confirmed delivery date to report any damage, incorrect items or shortages in the order. 

This is due to insurance requirements with our shipping providers. Any claim after those 7 days for missing, damaged or incorrect freight will be rejected, which is why we highly encourage you to contact our team via phone to confirm we have received written communication from you.

International Shipping

We do not ship to locations outside Australia.
